EMN39

About this trial

This study is testing whether a newer type of immunotherapy, called linvoseltamab, can help the body’s immune system find and destroy myeloma cells more effectively than the current standard treatment. Researchers also want to learn whether patients treated with linvoseltamab can achieve longer-lasting control of their cancer, while maintaining an acceptable safety profile and quality of life.

Patient Profile

This study is for adults who have been newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and are not suitable candidates for a stem cell transplant, often because of their age, overall health, or other medical conditions. Participants must have active, measurable myeloma and be well enough to receive treatment, but must not have received previous therapy for their myeloma.

Where’s this trial being run?

Beaumont Hospital, Cork University Hospital, University Hospital Limerick, and University Hospital Galway
