CELESTIAL-RRCLL (BGB-11417-303)

About this trial

The CELESTIAL-RRCLL study is testing whether a new medicine called sonrotoclax, given with an antibody treatment, works better than a commonly used treatment for people whose CLL/SLL has come back or stopped responding to previous therapy. Researchers will compare how long each treatment keeps the cancer under control and how well patients respond to treatment. The study will also closely monitor side effects to understand the safety of the new treatment approach.

Patient Profile

This study is for adults with CLL or SLL whose cancer has returned or stopped responding after previous treatment. Participants have already received at least one earlier treatment and are generally well enough to undergo further therapy. Researchers are testing whether a new treatment combination containing sonrotoclax can help these patients better than a currently approved treatment
